I think possibly (I am playing devils advocate now) that just because a site is about a person giving birth that its a porn site.
It may be just a site giving birth, and people are just interested to see the pics and film. I may do a site which is of car races, people join for pics and not to get turned on.
Something like this, may well get a lot of join ups, many from people simply interested rather than getting turned on.
