I payed 1700 Euros for 196 m2, but that was a awesome place. Now I am looking for something new, and I can't find anything I like for under 1500. Well looks like my buddy Nembrionic is in but ofcourse he needs some time to think it over. Hes also a photographer so thats good for us both.
Reak is interested but it might be too far away from him. Hova cant make up his mind on what he wants...
We want 1 more person for sure, to cover the costs but most importantly i think its a better working atmosphere with 3 people rather than 2. Just 2 people in a big room can be deadly boring

There's something called "bestemmingsplan"..freely translated "purpose overview" for every building in Holland.
If someone knows a better terms for it..please do post :D
Houses may be used partially for business, but not entirely. Businesses are not allowed to use as living spaces. And not every office building is allowed to be used for every business.Comment
