break up all the weed until you cant no more, put it all on a tray (like a mcdonalds tray or some shit) and angle some... tap on the tray lightly, use the soft cardboard the papers come in (or something thin like it) and keep lightly swaying it on the grass... keep tapping on the tray, the grass tends to be just sticky/heavy enough to not slide down the tray, but the seeds will... use the thin cardboard (again, or something like it) to catch the drifting weed from falling into the seed drops. thats the best way i have found with my friends.
other then that, buy crip.. yes it tends to be expensive, but really its not that bad..
consider this.
1 gram of crip = $20
it will keep you high for at least 4 hours.
it has 0 seeds.
the high is much better, cleaner feeling and no shitty feeling afterwards.
7grams(quarter oz) of swag (the stuff you have) = $25
will keep you high for 2hours, constantly smoking because the highs tend to die off within 15mins
seeds and stems do add weight, so after you remove all of the stems and seeds, you are left with 5grams, not 7, which you were expecting.
its a pain in the ass to remove them.
shitty feelin while high works down.
headach sometimes depending on how bad it is.

Album sleeves tend to be glossy and everything slides too well. Try a spiral notebook folded back and open to a page. Grab it with your fingers under and thumb on top pointing toward the wire. Push down with your thumb a bit to make it cup/funnel toward your palm.
