Property if I had enough funds

I am a Louisiana native so I should be better. I keep telling myself that I am going to start cooking one different thing a week and then I never get around too it. I would love to get good at it.

If I had to leave with no choice I would invest in realestate rentals , start an exclusive escort service, buy used cars and sell them to people with bad credit where they pay me every week, start a detail carwash, and open a beer and cigarette store in the ghetto.

I would probably break out my old porn server and I would throw up an old Ivision BBS script or some other forum script and start a community of online webmasters on which we would discuss issues that affect the industry.... oh wait..

In that case I would apply as an oil boy for the coppertone swimsuit team..

id develop a split personality ( if i dont have one already ) , then start an underground boxing club and advance that club into a small army that would later blow up several buildings downtown.

I've noticed some of the adult sponsors sure do seem
to have a fast turn over in employees... makes one
wonder what's really going on in those sorts of companies...

Recently (very recent) a company that I investigated
was found to have had an 85% staff turnover about
every 6 months or so.... makes one wonder how
they stay in business....

but when you dig deeper - you find that they aren't
actually doing that well...

and dig even deeper and you find that many of those
past employees - while smart enough to not speak
publically about a former employer in a bad way -
they do have quite allot to share in private...

so...

my advice to anyone - when seeking
employment - it's not about whether you are good
enough for a particular company - - - start with - - - is
that company good enough for you to even bother with...
often times (especially in this industry) - you will find they are not...

if you dig DEEP enough - you will be able to really narrow
down your list of companies to even bother submitting a resume to...

key is - do it in advance... and don't assume just because
someone you know and like works for a company - that
that alone makes a company worthy of you - - - it may
turn out that your friend didn't do their research prior
to joining with that company... or maybe your friend was
there before the company started going downhill...
(it's sad to see a friend trapped in a situation like that)

how an employer treats an employee speaks volumes
for not only the company - but the owner in particular...
when you find an owner that can't keep employees...
or is constantly turning over staff - - - something is
WRONG in Camelot...

so to anyone - finding themselves in a situation like that
- - - get your ducks in a row - - - it will happen to you
as well - - - it's just a matter of time...
