if you dont have a credit card and cant have a paypal, than epassporte is the best solution

Works fine for me in all but 3 places, I listed them in another thread a few minutes ago.

Is your address on your account the same one you are using when you are trying to make a purchase? If it's not, you won't get by with any card on address verification.

how much did it cost you to get that hard. How much did u pay for the yearly fee. Did you pay like $3 every month or when you signup $35, plus another $35 to get the plastic card

i have never had my epassporte declined online ( well only once , but it was from some scandanavian place " and they were prob using a stores merchant account to process internet purchases..

Tell me something your looking for , ill tell you a company that has it..

I've used it at dotster.com, ATM and a few local stores. Some local stores doesn't accept it, I guess it's because of the bank network they're using.

Epassporte is sweet.
