if this is pure math and not playing on the work who "got pussy" instead of who voted pussy then the solution is below

let
total man voted pussy = x
total man voted ass = y

10% of y has a gun and 100% x has a gun and 46% of total has gun
10%y + 100%x = 46%(x+y) (1)

also
if we conside that total voters
x+y=100% (2)

y = 100% - x

replace (1) with values of y from (2)
10%(100% -x) + 100%x= 46%

10% + 90%x = 46%

90%x = 36%

x = 36%/90%

x=0.4%

so preceantage of man who voted pussy is 0.4%of the total voters
