Are you running any anti-virus software?

I just had the same problem.
Run Ad-aware if you have it first. Gets rid of the spyware.
If that dont work, try the following (this is what Dell had me do)

Go to Start>Run>, type in 'msconfig', under the 'General' tab, look for 'Selective Startup', and uncheck 'Load Startup Items', then click OK.
        That worked for me

Do you know what trojan/wirus it is???

Either that try system restore before you re-format your harddrive!

              No one said spybot yet?

              Use both....

and refer to JC's system tools image.

Actually, Search and Destroy is A LOT better of an Adware finder/remover. I have it and all my problems have gone bye bye!

Go to antivirus.com and do a free online scan. THen get SPYBOT and scan your whole system, and then get Adware and scan again. After this you should be fine
