    Check it out... -- saw it on the local news last night. Totally legit (if you like the odds)...

    These guys at the Palos Verdes Art Center (about 20 miles outside of LA) do this deal once a year -- raffle off a killer crib by selling tickets. This year, the duckets are $150 and the house is a *sweet* one overlooking the ocean in a swank part of Southern California... start saving your commission checks, y'all... :

          Damn, I'm tempted to buy a couple of those tickets. Hell, a 1:18,000 chance isn't that bad for something worth that much.
