You're doing pretty much the same thing as I will, just a few more years gaining capital left.
I'll be no older than 35 when it's time.
Working for a huge freedom first, then living fully... that's what it's about for me.
If You're going to be the overseer of Your investments and want to be free from
that as well, look into fixed-term Certificates of Deposit instead...
About the same interest rate You're talking about but less work than
having to manage Your investments.
