How do you change your defalut Media player? I just downloaded Real player for my mp3 player and It now has become my defalt media player on my desk top.
I hate it and want to change it.

Go in the settings ... I normally just reinstall it it's faster. But I know you can change that in settings .

go to a folder choose view folder options.
Click the third tab "File Types".
click the file type you want to change and then click edit.
highlight open in the bottom window.
click edit again
and then change the porogram to the one you wantComment

START>Set Program Access and Defualts>choose CUSTOM>On custom click the double V thingies> then choose the media player you wantComment

sure there are many ways to do this.. but here is the easiest: Right click on one of the MP3 files and go to "open with" and select the program you want to use.. then click the checkbox that says "always open with"..Comment
