That is brutal, and the culprit should be made to suffer, i am all for brining in torture, and releasing back in to the public mamed, and brutally fucked up, and for everyone to know who he is, dont kill him let him live the rest of his life as a child molester, that is easily spottable, so passers by can fuck him up.
However, as for the man with the alibi they arrested, now what happens to him. The police should be held responsible. All guys reading this...how would you feel to be arrested for that, knowing that any time you are pulled over for speading, and your name pops up in the computer, it shows your arrest date, and what it was for?
