Hmmm... tricky question, because I've noticed that some of the things you originally thought you wanted turned out to be not so useful in the end. Ask this question 10 years ago and I would have had a radically different answer.
Aside from the obvious stuff already said (intelligence, sense of humor, and all the other tripe you'd find in a personal ad), I think the thing that keeps me the most interested is OTHERNESS... that is, she has her own thoughts, dreams and desires. She has to be a challenge, not willing to cave at the slightest hint of my displeasure. She has to call me on my shit and handle it when I call her on hers.
