I posted on a spanish webmaster board for some good links on bareclona housing and stuff, but then someone started talking about Uruguay and how it is much cheaper there , and you still have lots of the perks you have in Barcelona .....
I am still doubting between Barcelona and Montevideo , I am moving to some spanish speaking country soon , but just not 100% certain wich one it will be
