    Need Server That Can Handle Complaints

    Need a server that can handle complaints. It isn't GI mailing or anything, just one of many forms of spamming. Also need to be able to supply me with regular IP changes. I will of course pay a reasonable fee for the service. Hit me up for more details, and to hopefully work out a deal.

              I don't think that you will get good offer.
              Usually providers don't like spammers.
