Thank you. I was puzzled by those who say go do this or that or go get a glass of ice water. I've had probably a dozen and if I could stick my head in the freezer and breathe it would probably help, but there is no way I'm getting to the kitchen. I had one when leaving the bathroom and ended up laying on the hallway floor for a good 10 minutes before being able to crawl to and climb up in bed. My arms and legs tend to draw in (that's why many think they're having a stroke) and any movement I might be able to make is hard if not nearly impossible to control until it starts to pass enough to relax them.
What's weird about mine is that they have mostly occurred during non-stressful activities, walking back from the bathroom, cooking, fixing (simple things on) other's computers... got hit with a couple while driving, now
that was scarey. The effort it took to get pulled over and stopped certainly didn't help the intensity of it.
