                  you already know i'm an apple fan but a photo ipod, that was a horrible idea, but i'm sure it will sell well. i'll wait to get rid of my current ipod when they come out with a video ipod, or one that has video out capabilities so i can hook it up and play mpegs and shit on my tv.

                              why would they release a photo ipod when the big rage now is personal video devices?

                              i, too, think it is a horrible idea

                              i am going to get one from freephotoipods.com though, and sell it on ebay

                                  Lots of people take pictures and want to carry them along. No they can with their music. I have a 40 GB photo IPOD. The fucking thing rocks.

                                              It's going to do ok but I don't think apple should have realeased this one until it had more time to mature into a more handy piece of machinery...

                                                  VGA 640x480 screen. 624mhz processor. I can fit 2 or 3 dvd quality movies on one sd card.

                                                  Oh yeah, wifi and bluetooth too... =)

                                                              Nah they want people to buy up this one in droves than they'll release a video one aswell and the same bunch of people (plus more of course) will upgrade. That's how things work.
