Make money cheating casinos? Does this add up??

I've been surfing the web all day today and come across an intrigueing looking website that claims you can cheat at online casinos and make $1000s of dollars! Now, not being particularly proficient in maths, most of the explanation for how you can do this has gone over my head somewhat, the site seems to presume you have a better than kindergarten understanding of maths.

Perhaps someone could point out what the catch is here, if there is one, and whether or not the maths actually adds up. Is this too good to be true? Would I just be wasting my time if I tried it out?

look for casinos with promos, which entail you must play a certain amount of hands, play by the book therefore lowering the house odds as low as possible, hopefully your up when you reach the minimum # of hands to receive the promo. If so pull out and take the promo moneys

Yeah right! They'd have to be pretty dumb to advertise a way that mathematically guarantees they're gonna lose!

I suppose there is the question of people not being disciplined enough to stick to the system, but it's a bit of a gamble (heh) by the casinos if they did make that site to think that people won't stick to a winning formula.

Actually if you play it right, you wont lose money. Suppose you can make $1 bets on blackjack. You get your $100 free bonus so you have $200 in your bankroll. actually from my playing dys of the casinos on the net i am ahead. BUt you have to play by the stratgey or you will lose most if all of it back. What i do is i play everyday till i win $30 or lose $30. then i call it a day. I am a few k up on a few casinos but i could be up on them more if i just stayed with the stratgey.

Your best bet is to learn how to COUNT CARDS really fucking well and go to Vegas. Anyone that tells you it is easy hasnt done it.

A bunch of MIT kids worked in teams and they took Vegas for tens of millions of dollars before they were kicked out. CourtTV ran a thing about it on The System called "Taking Vegas".

If you get good enough, eventually you'll wind up in Griffin's black book and you'll be banned from every casino in the world. Before that happens, and if you are good enough - you'll take them for at least a million or much more if you get a couple of buddies to work with you that can keep thier fucking mouths shut.

The MIT kids lost because one of thier own sold them out to MGM for $25K. He sold them the group's itenery and of course the casinos were ready to eject them as soon as they stepped foot in the door. Not that it is illegal to count cards because it is not. There is not a damn thing illegal about it. It only becomes illegal if you start cheating using cameras, mirrors and shit like that. Until then, you are simply using your mind to beat the game. The casinos dont see it that way, of course.

I am trying to teach myself how to do it. I am getting good - but I am nowhere near the skill level it takes to beat the big guys. Maybe in 10 years I will be. Or not.

Black Jack is easy..

Learn to count cards A-10 +1 point, 9-6 0 points, 5-2 -1 points. Now you know if the deck has more or less high cards.

Find a table with the least decks, 1 if possible.

If you lose, you double, lose again, double again, keep doing until you win. Chances of you losing 15 hands in a row (max bet on most tables) is very very slim. Each time you win you are up your bet.

Play heavy when the count is right, play light when it's not, easy to take the house if you have the money in your pocket to play with.
