hmm just called epassporte and found out this...
maximum withdraw on a personal account without 'select' is $US320/day ... maximum load limit is $US500
The guy told me that to increase my withdraw limit, I need to do one of 2 things, add another credit card to my account (which i dont have) ... or fill in some forms, and send government issued photo ID, front/back of load card and last statement of each load card....
well I dont have access to a scanner either.. so I guess its down to the bank to apply for another credit card.
