Dude I hate to be the one to break this to you but it probably isnt worth much of anything. If its like over 99% of avs sites, it has a few dollars worth of content (if that much) and a few dollars worth of design. Who do you think is going to pay anything for that? The real worth of almost any avs site is in the actual promotion of it, not the site itself. If it converts like you claim then just knock out a freesite or a couple of galleries every week promoting it and you will realize many times more money than selling it.
