the building of the war ships stopped in 1990s when the USSr crashed. Russian has no money at all to spend on its army now. Some big guys destroyed and sold everything that was created in the USSR and now You may see them in big mercedeses in Europe or USA (Abramovich has even bought Chelsea FC - WTF!?)Comment

Russia has coutless ships and subs like this just sitting around.. on top of that they have thousands of nukes and can't even keep their weapons off the black market..
IMO Russia can't take care of this suff on it's own, it no longer has the money to do so.. I personally belive the rest of the world has a duty to help Russia get rid of this stuff.
