How do I know? I live in Guadalajara. I'm American and, after being down here for a while, have no desire to be around other Americans who live here. Why? All they do is piss and moan about living here. Personally, I have a great life here. This year, bought a new car, new Harley and move into my newly built home next month. So, it's been a good year for me.
But, please, don't use "Mexican Vacation" and "Cancun/Cozumel" in the same sentence. It just shows you're afraid to see the real Mexico.

Guadalajara, have some friends that moved 2 Guadalajara. They have some areas around there that are little America's, and Europe's.
