    What is going on with google as of today??

    It looks like if you use the google toolbar, they inserted some paid links in the #2-4 spots, then resume the older results. Same thing if you go to google.com, but for some reason the results are slightly different if you use the web page versus the toolbar. If you hit refresh, the paid listings disappear, but now listings 2-4 are all crap ebay and shopping site listings.

    Anyone know what's up??

          Some nice spammer has given you some free adware dude, that's all. Get Ad-Aware or somesuch to remove it.

                      Looks the same to me, post a few sample keyword phrases and which listings you think are paid listings and I'll take a look.

                              I've noticed it for a few months now, ran spybot to no avail.
