I like it. I'd suggest adding some thumbs to the page - not many, but enough to dress it up a bit and add some colour. Maybe a single row down each side, or a couple of rows across the top.
I'd also ditch the red background when you mouseover the links. A bit hard on my eyes. I'd change it so just the text changes colour.

the biggest TGP/MGP sites that make good green have very simple designs so your all set for that part. A site doesn't have to have a flashy design to make you a good descent amount of money. Update it every single day, spend atleast 2 months adding, deleting and managing trades and startup with some chicken traffic (choker). Don't expect it to boost up in a few weeks, it takes alot longer. What i wouldn't do is subscribe your site for submitions to automatic submition services, keep it clean, update it, manage your trades = success.
