    Content Lotto ...the Saga Continues

    So I was going through my regular routine this evening, returned from my day job about 6pm, got a quick bite to eat and sat down at my computer. Decided, "what the hey, I'll check out contentlotto, see if that deal went down yet and someone took it over.."

    Lo and behold.. http://contentlotto.com



    So I say to myself.. LOVELY.. so nice of the people whom Mogul employed to sell Content Lotto to make anyone who was either promoting, advertising or an active member of the site aware that the deal didn't go down.

    What exactly is going on here, I'll ask again, and why was there absolutely no notification either via the email database or message boards or some other avenue of communication?

      What ended up being the life cycle of that thing ?

      Did it make it a year ?


      That was SO popular with the noobs, and there was 20 threads a night on GFY about it.
      SIG TOO BIG! Maximum 120x60 button and no more than 3 text lines of DEFAULT SIZE and COLOR. Unless your sig is for a GFY top banner sponsor, then you may use a 624x80 instead of a 120x60.

              Nothing better to do? The question arose on the board about 2 weeks ago. I decide to check again, on a lark, and I find that junk?

              Again, you completely miss the point.. it would take 10 minutes to send out an email to everyone who is registered, has credit for advertisements or was advertising for them. That's a matter of respect among people who value the time of others as well as their own.

              I think _you_ need to find yourself a life and stop obsessing over telling other people what is important. Your comments speak volumes about yourself and your business ethics, and nothing about anyone else.

              Along those same lines.. let's see who spends their time doing something productive.. you registered on this board in 7-02, and have nearly 5000 posts. I registered in 7-02, have barely over 1000. When you start thinking that it's everyone else who is crazy, you need to take off the mask and look in the mirror.

                  Speaking volumes to someone who's home page is contentlotto is pretty simple to do. Expand your horizons. Get out in the world.

                  There's more to life, honest.

                                          I stopped even paying attention to Mogul when they did the same thing with their AVS resource or whatever.

                                          when they redirected one resource to content lototo, I expected nothing less than bullshit crap from then on.

                                              Actually, I've been turning down clients for quite some time because I'm booked up solid through August.

                                              Infact, I prefer most people don't even know what I do because I don't need people requesting more work from me.

                                                              What Booker is complaining about is the lack of information they sent out informing people the site was not active. To me that kind of practise would only happen in the porn business and is a shame.

                                                              Maybe because he has a day job he's used to a higher standard, we seem to accept it as normal.
