If the Internet is not a mass market as mentioned in #3 then I don't know what is. I did not see Joe's contract with the landlord but unless it specifically said "no porno" or something along those lines then Joe was not necessarily breaking any rules by shooting there.

if you're making enough money doing porn then make sure you okay porn at the studio you're leading as a precaution and don't look for a legal afterthought
