Most men don't watch. and I only watch on ocassion.. But as a former counselor, I see him as a common sense kinda guy that holds no punches..
Many have experienced benefits from the show. or his books... That makes for a nice bottom line for many a family/individual...
Doesn't matter if some porn webmasters like him or not... He's a smart man with a unique approach and with an apparent following that puts him at the most viewed show in his time slot..
