i was not saying 45k is rich, hardly enough to keep most people going for a year, i was saying people with medium quality urls demanding extravagant prices for their domains thinking they can set themselves up with it.

Branding is everything, and someone can easily take the extra $44,991.22 after buying a domain at namecheap and create and awesome idea with it and make a hell of a lot more than buying a domain on its own

Why would I care what you think if you arent a prospective buyer? These domains traffic generate us over 60 signups a month simply by re-directing them. Based on this is how I base my prices. 65k is a rough base of 6 month income.

I agree completely, but these arent just any domains. Also, i'm going after buyers who are looking more long-term investment return and branding who are already generating good income. I've sold amny domaisn for these prices. I like your input though. what sites do you run?

As I said before just by pointing these domains for our paysite xxxstudio.com we are netting more than the asking amount every 6 months or so, not counting upsells or exits which we arent even using currently to keep the traffic more high quality for the prospective buyer.

An investor would invest $45k in buying another domains and investing the leftover $44.9k in developing them.

For example, I recently registered HerPink.com and BustyFun.com and I think they're just as or even more brandable than most of the domains you posted (aside from fuck.net, but it's still not fuck.com).

For some reason I highly doubt herpink.com ot bustyfun.com is NOT quite as brandable as xxxstudio.com or allsluts.com, or onlinegirls.com. Also, these domains have built in traffic. your do not. There are still outdated links pushing 1,000+ hits a day to these domains.

If they make 65 sign ups per month and you redirect them to sponsors and make on average $35 per sale, then you make $2275 monthly.
if you redirect them to your own sites, then it's possible that a sale is worth twice that much, so in that case you would make about $4500 of them per month.

In the first case it is 28 months, in the second it would be 14 months to make $65k.... so i don't know why you're telling the price is based on 6 months income.

Having said that I am not telling that the domains aren't worth that much...just wonderig why you're telling you base the price on 6 months income, when it doesn't seem to be true.

I don't use ICQ anymore.
