    Do My Photo scammed me and I'm calling Mark out here. I'm at the end of my wits with this guy. Here's what happened:

    In June of 2004 I asked them what content they had. I told him I needed Anal, Fetish, Teen, etc. He sent me this via email:

    So I told him I'd start with the 12 anal vids and sent him half the money. Nearly 3 months later he sends us foot fetish videos.

    After many emails to him complaining he sends back this message:

    Hi Rick,

    I have sent 12 videos total on two DVD's. 8 videos is couples and 4 is solo. Therefore you will get 8 videos for $500. I'm sorry for ununderstanding. Most webmasters ask anal content as solo and couples.

    And I not understand why you do not received second DVD still. I should resend it probably.

    Lastly, he has told me time and again over the last 6 weeks that he would send a refund and has not done so!

                                                                                                                                                                                              There's a language barrier, so I bet that's the problem here. I've worked with Mark in the past and still do for some projects. He's only human, has several people to whom he delegates work in his office, and none of them have English as a first language, so there are bound to be mistakes, but he seems to be honest and makes good on those situations. I'm sure he'll correct this one too. If you want me to talk to him for you, let me know.
