When you consider your price, you may want to factor in what legal rights you have in the domain.
Although you registered the backseatbang.com domain (2/17/02) before Kevin and Cyberheat registered backseatbangers.com (12/11/02), your trademark rights may be subject to their prior use. I.e., just because you registered the domain, you may not be using the domain in the trademark sense (it seems that you have only been using it to re-direct traffic) and your use of the backseatbang domain may be infringing on the trademark rights owned by Kevin.
If true, it would dramatically alter your discussions, whether with Cyberheat or some third party interested in the domain.
REQUIRED DISCLAIMER: We don't represent you, this is not legal advice and you should consult your attorney on the specifics of your issues.

After my 2257 discussions with this guy yesterday....One would assume that he does not have an attorney....At least not one who is competent in Adult Internet law.
