You get a better ranking in Google if it "finds" your web site rather than submitting it.. I figure the more PR-rated sites that are linked to mine the faster they "find" it

I can link you up at http://directory.sexforums.com/ if you post a reciprocal. Don't have googles toolbar on this computer to see if the subdomain has the same pr as the main domain.

Vise versa. Anywhere on your page is good, even a link page. As long as it's accessable from links in the index.
