Thanks for the comments, compliments, and occasional criticism everyone.

http://www.thongpeak.com is now 100% live and ready for customers!

Prelim tests are going quite well, and I have a feeling they're only going to get better when the volume increases.

Based on my *strange* pay scale, I don't know if anyone is interested in promoting this site for 50% commission, but if you are please hit me up at [email protected] or icq: 278529998 and I'll get you setup with all the tgp galleries and promo material that you need!

I am currently doing my processing through Verotel, so if you want to signup you'll have to have an account with them. FYI: My last similar (payouts/content-wise) site retained customer for an average of 5 months, and had about a 1/10 ratio of customers who stayed on for 7 months or longer.

90% of the current content I have was submitted to me via a previous "thong" site that I owned. I have all of the IP addresses and emails of people who submitted the pics, as well as record of the 'license agreement' that they all agreed to upon submitting their pics.

For some reason i dont think those people shot those pics. They just downloaded it somewhere else and send it to you. Im pretty sure ive seen several of those pics on other sites.

Because someone sent it to you doesnt mean they hold the copyright. Its nothing more then using someone elses content only getting it indirectly. I dont care but someone you will get into trouble for this.

In regards to copyright issues, it's similar to sites like voyeurweb in that pics submitted are supposed to be originals, and if I ever find one that isn't I will remove it. I don't want to step on anyone's toes here.

I may have to rethink the 'free access for 5 pics' thing though.

As was just posted, I agree and I am leary of using submitted content ... but I also see the huge potential there.
