    Tell me my first paysite sucks!

    Well it's not a paysite yet. I haven't got that all set up so I'm using sexkey to generate some cash from it in the mean time.

    Rip it to shreds, I want to make it better before I start sending traffic.

                          I don't see anything that would make me join. It says that there are photos, XXX videos and much more but I think it would be better if it was saying there are 1000's of ... for example.

                                  Crack addicts can sell, I do best on teen traffic with her first gangbang and most of those girls are probably crack addicts.



                                  I admit I need to work on some new hooks. The same thing between each girl is just temporary. I'm finishing off the members area before I add all that and start charging though.

                                                                                                                  1. The XXX video advertised on the teaser screen isn't in the member section. And the UI doesn't really seem as if it has a home and just isn't added yet. Consider expanding the "girl selection" menu to look more like the teaser page with a bit more info on the girl and links to pictures and video. Dump the gray background.

                                                                                                                  2. When pulling up the pictures for a selected girl...

                                                                                                                  a. That background color is distracting. Change it.

                                                                                                                  b. The nav buttons at the top are ugly and clunky. Change them and move them.

                                                                                                                  3. When you select an individual photo, the text in the file name box is pretty random looking. 44 0036_044.jpg? The girl's name would give it a bit more of a personal touch. And the nav and background are still horrible.

                                                                                                                  4. Pictures are kind of low res. If you have the ability to do so, consider providing higher res scans.

                                                                                                                  5. Obviously you need to build in security so a link doesn't get directly into members area.

                                                                                                                  6. On initial teaser page, I don't think I would say "sampled from many other high quality petite sites" as that gives the impression that you just collected the images from somewhere else and they can get them off a news server instead of paying you. Give the impression that these are private models only available through you or at least don't prevent people from making that assumption.

                                                                                                                  7. Sample photos on teaser page show too much. There isn't a whole lot you feel as if you haven't seen after taking in the free content prior to signing up.

                                                                                                                          Seems to me if the surfer gets only 23 galleries plus some plugin video he's going to feel ripped off and charge it back unless your price point is extremely low.

                                                                                                                          I can go to a TGP and see 23 galleries any time for free.

You should have invested a bit more and got some of the better sets from www.paulmarkham.com IMHO

                                                                                                                              Also tell the surfer a little more about what he's getting, how many sets/images and videos/time are in the site.
