              Strange. I wonder if he was still in shape. It reminds me of when running guru James Fixx died of a heart attack while running - although it turned out he had a genetic defect and running probably extended his life.

              There is so much science doesn't know about heart attacks. Now many are saying cholesterol levels aren't really that important, but inflammation, C reactive protein, and vein/artery rigidity are much more important factors.

                              I really like the Banana flavor, and the squeeze fuel, strawberry banana is really tasty!

                              As far as him dropping dead in the post office, maybe it just goes to show that if you take being healthy to the point it consuming everything that is supposed to be healthy for you might be really hazardous to your health.

                                  The apple cinnamon one is my favorite as well. Sucks to hear he died.. I have eaten hundreds of those bad boys during training or playing ball.
