Yesterday I got my account disabled for some unknown reason at epiccash. I had contact with 3 guys at epic and none of them wanted to tell what was the reason. I speak for another webmaster also that got his account shut down the same way. And yet another 3rd webmaster that told he got his account closed also.
For whatever motive epic has to close accounts, there must be a basic rule that goes to at least notifying webmasters when they are closing accounts.
I understand now what all those topics were about when other webmasters telling about epics poor service level. I feel such a hostile tone when they respond to simple inquiries.
But I guess the problem was that the epic indian member area is not ready for indian surfers, so the signups that I was sending couldnt do any good there.
Let me send out a new warning to webmasters thinking to signup with epiccash.com
Be aware that support and service at epic are not available
and they will shut down your account without further notice.
And now as the owner of epiccash told me, after making this topic he is just waiting to answer on this topic having a need to show that I am a scammer defending himself, instead of him resolving this issue making a simple answer on icq as I wanted in first round.
A pitty that it has to be in this order....What a lack of maturity
