Would you join a banner exchange like this...?

One of my clients at AdultRep was thinking of starting a premium banner exchange and wanted us to be a partner in this -- providing customer service, handling payments, verifying sites & banners, etc. We typically do work with paysites only, so I'm a little disconnected from what's going on with free sites nowadays.

I was hoping to get some feedback from some webmasters before we decide to invest any time/effort in this project. If you could, please let me know if you'd be interested in joining a banner exchange with these features:
    • Categorized by Niche: Your banner for a lesbian site only appears on other lesbian sites.
    • Manually Verified Banners: Banners are manually verified by a human before going into the system. No blind links, nothing misleading. So, when you get a click to your site, it's a real high-quality targeted surfer click.
    • Progressive Ratios: High quality sites that generate good click through ratios are rewarded with a better exchange rate. So, if you play fair and put your banner in a good spot on the page, you get a better exchange ratio.
    • Manual Site Reviews: Each site is initially reviewed for quality with low-quality sites being rejected. So, your click will come from an actual site with real content, not a banner farm or console, etc.

So, the idea is that you'd be getting real visitors who saw a real banner and clicked. This traffic could be fed to sponsors and convert with a decent ratio. This wouldn't be crap traffic. AdultRep would be doing all the customer service and manual verification of sites/banners to ensure that the network stays a quality network and everyone plays by the rules.

So, what do you think? Would you join a network like this?

    Thanks for the feedback,

You bet! Might even purchase clicks/impressions.

Yes, but I would never buy clicks/impressions.

No. I have no interest in banner networks.
