I don't really think paypal actively tries to find people that violate their terms. Every time someone's account gets closed it's because the account was flagged for some other reason first: chargeback, suspicious activity.. etc... I don't get it. Someone with a legitimate online business, let's say selling books, that use paypal for their transactions could get shut down because someone with an adult email addy paid for said books? That makes no sense.
I'm canadian and it's nice to have american money on hand which is why I never withdraw from Paypal. Just use it to buy american stuff.

I have been telling people about how bad PayPal is for a long time and most people tell me its all in my head. Oh well, they'll learn for themselves when they wake up one day and find their account locked up.
Could consider 2CheckOut depending on what you are selling. They dont accept most adult products, but they do accept lingerie sales, fetish sites (if no nudity is shown), web design and *maybe* traffic brokers and some other sidelines. They also take dating sites now. But they wont allow anything with nudity in it - the fetish sites are kinda borderline.

Yep it's very easy, I had a merchant account set up in 5 minutes. Already recieved 3 payments thru it. Everything seems fine so far. Also they have a program where I can send atm cards to affiliates, and then I can add money to their card from my admin. This would be perfect for the affiliates I pay out for traffic. Any lurkers in here that have a account at SMT? Would this work for you? Takes a week to get the card initially.
