    First house in my hood just went on the market for $930,000

                                                      Moving to a new place definitely changes someone's life.


                                                      A lot of real estate prices look already very high to me. Last week my partner got a quote for a new apartment on a semi-good suburb of Athens and it goes for $5-6k per sq. meter! That's plain sick.
