    If you take enough Bacardi to be concerned about the nutritional value of it, I'd say that you have other things to worry about.
    SIG TOO BIG! Maximum 120x60 button and no more than 3 text lines of DEFAULT SIZE and COLOR. Unless your sig is for a GFY top banner sponsor, then you may use a 624x80 instead of a 120x60.

        Not it's not ok to be clueless about what you put into your body.

        But to consume so much alcohol that you wonder "Gee! I wonder how much sodium is in this!" is pushing it.

        I don't know about you, but I never gave a flying fuck about how much sodium or fat was in my rum. If I ever start to worry about that, it will be nothing in comparison to the anxiety about the liver transplant I will need.
