I have been with Swiftwill for 2 years and could not recommend them more highly. Dweeks will negotiate a fair price depending on your needs. Their servers NEVER seem to go down. Support is excellent.
I also have some of my traffic on IsPrime/SemiDedicated and so far I'm pretty pleased with the performance and tech support.
I have no experience with Webair but I don't regard them very highly. They have/are hosting multiple ROKSO spammers and until recently provided web hosting for Jon Atherton, ROKSO spammer, beasty porn purveyor, credit card scammer, and a real sleaze even by GFY standards. Being partners with scum makes you scum, IMHO.....
