Everybody wants to be your friend.
Everybody wants to sell you something.
All of a sudden girls don't care anymore that you are bald and husky.
Charities solicit you with the guilt trip pitch.
You find out you have family you never knew about.
You become a target for crime.
You become a target for extortion.
You get sued way more.
People steal from you.
Credit card companies send you cards you didn't ask for.
Banks want to loan you money.
You usually gain weight.
Your ego inflates.
You think you are untouchable.
You think everything you touch will always turn to gold.
You lose friends that can't keep up with your wealth.
You get lonely sitting in your big mansion.
You buy more cars than you need.
You lose your privacy because you have all these immigrants tending to your grounds and your house all day.
You think you're going to be happier and then realize the fun was climbing up the mountain not sitting on top of it.
Probably a few more things, but thats most of them.
