No offence, and I can't speak for anyone else, but that raises my eyebrows.
The only thing the Escrow service prevents is us screwing each other. If you're not willing to use an Escrow service, some people might come to the conclusion that you're thinking on screwing them.
Could you please clarify for myself (and everyone else) why you'd rather sell it for $100 less and not use an escrow service? Just to be clear, I'd pay the Escrow fees as well.

western union or paypal and my info verified should be enough, especially with paypal
I'm not in this to ship this to canada, have you play with it a week and then maybe you decide to buy a brand new one for 1500.
and since yours is 100 extra - canadian shipping....well its 50 bucks more for a week wait and dealing with escrow (probaly fee's for that) with you not even being sure you want it.
not worth it to me, ask someone on ebay to do that for an extra 50 and they'll tell you the same
so if you decide to buy a new lappy...with shipping back and forth there's another week or so all for 50 dollars, which I could care less about, this is all profit as far as I'm concerned because it just sits in the case in my closet.
edit: escrow.com says cc processing is 5 business days...so 5 business days, plus 3-4 to ship to canada, then 5 biz days to clear to me probably, or if you dont want it, another 3-4 days to get shipped back to me. more than a $50 hassle, thanks though.
