Want to buy my almost brand new toshiba laptop? about 3 hours of use from my ex-gf

I bought this for my girlfriend (who recently moved) to use when she was here, as she is not allowed to touch my pc or laptop. I have a similar toshiba myself, if you've owned one you know they are pretty sweet laptops. Anyway, she only used it about 10 times to look up directions on mapquest, and she doesn't need a laptop so I didn't give it to her when she moved.
I'll toss in the cool case that goes with it....the back of the laptop is a pretty sharp graphite blue (like silvery tech looking dark blue).
Thought I'd offer it to you guys. Price comparison at new is 1,100-1,200 I bought it like 5 months ago for 1,400 plus tax. I have no extended warrenty and will have to look for the manufactures, probably at my parents house.
Anyway, rather than deal with ebay scammers first, I thought I'd show it to some people who have money and want a good deal on a hot laptop. I'll humor all offers and I have no minimum asking price, I'll most likely sell this here or on other board. Comes with 60 buck case too (will even out the shipping charge), charger too of course.
LMK your bid, one with manufactures warranty, one without just in case I can't find it. I could use the money since I don't need this, plus I can bet serge in poker without it being a "loss".
