That's .05 cents a post.

Did any of you think that perhaps the people applying aren't doing it for the money only? How about more exposure as a representative for an online company? How about learning their modus operandi in marketing? Everyone thinks the next guy is starving - the other thing is that others may not have much planned for the next few months - adding income while surfing the boards is not so bad + the window of opportunity it may actually be.

People are laughing at other people applying for this job. It's a $36K a year salary. In Canadian dollars, it's $47.5K a year.
Most tech support jobs start at $32K/year Canadian. You also have to deal with dress codes, direct supervisors, going into the office daily, etc.
Hell, at 40 hours a week, we're talking $17.30 USD an hour here. That's like triple minimum wage.
