The funding isn't even the half of it. They are tax FREE. They have more money. There is absolutely no reason they shouldn't be able to live a decent life. They live the same land I do, and guess what, they even use the same public facilities.
Gambling is illegal in many places for a reason. For them to get away with it and use the excuse "the bad white people stole our land" is crap.
