    Tips on Raising PR on a PR3 site

    Looking for any tips from experienced knowledgable webmasters.

          Also, internal links will help. put a "home" link on as many pages as you can pointing to one page.

                                  Like they say, more keyword targeted inbound links. Try and make sure your site is atleast 3 levels deep with good navigation between all pages. The more links you have on a page - (to other sites), the more that pages PR is diluted ( you pass on some of your PR to sites you link to - a small but possibly noteworthy factor.)

                                      as an example..

                                      I had a new site (Site A) with nothing on it ( just title and an image, nothing else) i linked to it from one of my PR4 sites, the next update Site A was also PR4.

                                      I later added some links to Site A ( 2 links, nothing else), but did not recieve any more inbound links to site A, the PR dropped to 3.
