Just most. Trust me I have lived in a rural part of Tennessee( what part of TN isn't rural when you think about it ) for many years. People here are STUPID and ignorant. And yes the practice of fucking your cousins is COMMMON here. When I first moved here I was shocked as to how much of Jeff's Foxworthy's "You might be a redneck" schtick was based on FACT.
