Ibill US "Current" payments....Nothing yet....

My understanding was payments would begin again on Dec 1, 2004 for unpaid revenues as well as current rev. I may be wrong, but that's the impression I was under. I had a ton of re-bills go through last night, but no checks cut as of yet either.

I am getting REAL tired of watching 5+ daily rebills going through all the time for the past two months now..........and seeing nothing in return.......

I also heard that Dec 1st would be the day because of a deal they cut...So I say wait 2 weeks and if shit still isn't paid call them on it...

none of my revshare rebills have been run yet.

Im sick of these bastards it's been over 2 months now and they still dont have their shit together.

I don't know about others, but I put gkard up and am making sales, rebills, and amounts are adding up again, BUT...I have yet to see a penny since September 7th. Very important: They never said Dec 1st. They said starting in December.

Only reason I stayed with them was to get my money due.

They said in the conference call that payouts would resume on Dec 1st for Nov 1-15th sales.

That's just wishfull thinking. Read the transcript on the CMI, there is no mention of a 12-01 anyplace.

So what the fuck are they supposed to do genius?

Umm how about pay me my fucking money! I love how you try to blame first data when this is clearly ibills fuck up. They trusted $14 million dollars on a verbal contract. Yeah real professional of them.

What happened to them opening up credit lines to resume payments once they began processing with gkard? Or how about processing my rebills? Its been two months already and they haven't fixed shit.

All of the money owed to them from first data is BEFORE sept 15, 2004. They had a contract with first Data up until Sept 15, 2004 you stupid fuck. How do you know they are not trying to open credit lines? Do you think it is so easy to open up a $14 million credit line dick head?

ibill should have been prepared for this from day one. They knew the contract was going to expire and they relied on a "Verbal agreement" which obviously didn't even exist. They risked not only their business but hundreds of other peoples as well. For you to act like that wasn't their fault is simply ridiculous. I have every right to be angry with them.

Then they went and setup some second hand billing system and ran our rebills, took signups.. (from sept 15th - nov1) wheres the money from that? Those transactions weren't with First Data. Wheres the money from the mastercard and check payments from that period? Theres alot more to all this then just the money owed by First data.

And as far as their credit line goes thats what my account rep told me, they are working on credit lines to repay everyone the monies owed, as soon as they are able to process visa transactions the investors will release the funds.. That time has already passed and guess what? still no payouts.

Bottom line is ibill has promised and promised to make things right and I've yet to see them do shit. I haven't been paid, my revshares haven't been paid and my rebills haven't been run. Your damn right I expect them to open some credit lines or do whatever it takes to pay me the monies they owe. I can guarantee you they're still collecting their salaries over there. Why aren't we entitled to ours?
