ohhh yeah! I used to train intense cardio for months. I would spar for 6 rounds straight with only 30 seconds in between. That was after doing an hour of cardio and workout (not weights, punching/dodging/rhytem/combo exercises)
So that their alone was pretty intense then the 6 rounds too. I was doing it 2 nights a week, plus lots and LOTS of skipping.
So i'd goto a fight, and after the second round, I'd think i was going to pass out cuz i couldnt breath. The adrenaline takes it outa ya, plus a real fight is so much more exilerating.
Was fun, but I quit cuz it takes to much time, and i didnt plan on going anywhere with it, was just for fun.
