For me I'm not shocked at all. Humans do terrible things in wartime. Don't think American soldiers executed Nazi prisoners of war? American soldiers are human, not angels of mercy, and that's what humans do. If I were in that position, sent to some shithole on false pretenses, getting shot at, getting my buddies killed, I'd shoot that guy too. He could've surrendered before the firefight started.                                                                         Copies of the fuller version of the tapes are now being checked out my more expert people in London. The initial remarks are on the observation of US troops and their ease with the way this incident happened.

                                                                        Concerning the action as viewed on TV - that is considered a war crime, no doubts, ifs or buts. Apparently the action is only at the base funamental level of that which is considered a war crime and all forces know this very well. ie. It is not an incident where there is much room for doubt.

                                                                        There appears to be little doubt there is a serious problem and may extend beyond the murder of that one person, but also of others in the vicinity as well as abuse of prisoners.

                                                                        Who knows..time will tell.

                                                                                                                                                                This doesn't seem to be a "wounded prisoner", but rather a soldier in the middle of a firefight who was playing dead. This wounder soldier may or may not have been armed - but that really doesn't matter; Being as they were in the middle of a firefight it's pretty safe to assume that this wounder soldier was armed and was just waiting for his chance to kill any Marine he could.

If he had at any point been shooting or involved in acting against our soliders then I'm more than happy that he's dead.

                                                                                                                                                                                The people who were fucking up the prisoners already inside the prison are criminals, this guy who shot this Iraqi is a hero.
