    MADRID (Reuters) - A 16-year-old Spaniard pleaded guilty on Tuesday to charges that he helped steal and transport the dynamite used in the March 11 Madrid train bombings and was sentenced to six years in a juvenile detention center.

    It was the first trial arising from the bombings which killed 191 people.

          I guess I don't see what is funny...

          While I think he should have been charged as an adult, had he been charged as a minor here in The US, he would have, sadly, probably gotten off lighter.

          I find it highly probable that someone else in that juvi center had at least one relative die in that bombing, so I'm guessing it could turn into a life sentence... won't be an easy 6 years, thats for sure.
